EPW - Patek Philippe, Genève, 44mm, platinum, iridium and 18K gold OF aftermarket case with diamond set bezel and bow at 6, crown at 12, refinished silvered dial marked "Tiffany & Co Patek Philippe Geneve," SW-SS, lever escapement with counterpoise and capped escape wheel, 18J, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, "Extra" marked mvt, s#169084. Gross weight of assembled watch 32.3 dwt (50.2 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, some toning of plates, scattered very small spotting, small marring tight around stem detent screw, two fine scratches at perimeter of main plate at right side of signature; refinished dial is cosmetically excellent in visible portion, some edge scrape under bezel; excellent hands; case shows hardly any wear, small nick or ding to band at 11:30, bezel diamonds fully present; fixed bow with diamonds fully present, crown shows little wear; glass crystal with glue excess around its seat.
